Eric Mulero is the Principal and Team Leader of The Mulero Group at JP & Associates REALTORS®. He is a 22 year Veteran of The United States Army.
Since Eric's first year of Real Estate he achieved and maintained Top Producer Status and was Inducted in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for Sales Production. An honor that less than 1% of agents hold. He continuously strives for self improvement and is a Member of the Top Real Estate Coaching Company, Tom Ferry Coaching.
Eric strives to be a Top Agent in Real Estate and works extremely hard for his clients. He possesses one of the most unique and comprehensive marketing plans for sellers interested in achieving Top Dollar for their home and a multi point Buyer Program that has been instrumental for winning in multiple offer situations and for consistently closing his buyer clients on time.
His Team consists of an Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator with over 20 years experience, Independent Marketing Company, Top Producing Mortgage Representative and Title Company which provides a streamline process from Contract to Close.
